Brooke’s Bio

Brooke Bonder, a native Philadelphian, has traveled extensively over the course of her performance career, spending time in New York, London and touring the US before putting down roots in LA in 2006. Her background includes many roles in musical theatre, drama, improvisation and sketch comedy, with experience in film and television as well.

She obtained a dual degree in Communications and Theatre, with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism, in 2002 from Temple University, graduating at the top of her class with summa cum laude honors. She was an on-air radio personality at Indiana University before transferring to Temple and held 3 internships at television/radio stations in the 4th largest market at the time (Philadelphia). Upon graduation, she committed herself to acting full-time and played Tiny Tim in the national tour of A Christmas Carol as well as performing in several repertory theatres across the country.

After a few years of successful business to business corporate sales and then falling into the events industry by accident in 2007, Brooke soon became extremely involved in that world and eventually created the award-winning “The Event Nut” which serves as the premiere PR and consulting resource for vendors and venues, connecting them to their bulk buyer- event planners. The Event Nut also creates customized marketing videos for their clients. Wearing the directing, producing and, when requested by clients, hosting hats for these productions has been a tremendous experience for Brooke and one that she is now extending to help raise awareness for non-profit organizations as well, always in an engaging, informative and entertaining way.

With a passion for all things entertainment and sports, Brooke is a huge fan of the E Network in addition to ESPN. Her favorite sports to follow are football, baseball and college basketball, and, unless the Phillies are in the World Series, she believes the greatest night of the year is Oscar night.

Most of all, Brooke loves getting to know people and finding the best way possible to relate to them. The jourmalism degree, improv skills and a childhood spent watching QVC have certainly helped when it comes to asking the right questions, and doing so quickly. Always sincere, and often witty, her love of interviewing is unsurpassed by anything else.
